Expo Hall Networking Night
Take advantage of the Expo Hall Networking Night on Thursday from 4:45 pm – 7:00 pm. Enjoy light appetizers and drinks while browsing through a great assortment of exhibitors offering the latest human resource related products and services and networking with your colleagues from across Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia.

Business Partner Giveaway & Silent Auction Only
We highly recommend that each Business Partner provide a Giveaway at their booth. The item will remain at your booth during the entire conference encouraging additional traffic to your area. All items will be awarded at the end of the conference via general announcement to the attendees.


Each year, SHRM Jacksonville will be hosting a Silent Auction in the Expo Hall to benefit the SHRM Foundation. Business Partners are strongly encouraged to participate in this event by donating an item to the SHRM Foundation Silent Auction with a minimum value of $50.00. The SHRM Foundation is a 501(c)3 organization supporting the HR profession (for more information, click here). Your donation should be unique or tangible (examples: gift cards, iPad, Kindle, golf pass, dinner for two, etc.). Similar to the Business Partner Giveaways, all items will be awarded at the end of the conference via general announcement to the attendees.

E-Mail Marketing Policy
The SHRM Jacksonville Email Marketing Policy applies to all conference exhibitors who are provided the attendee roster as part of their package.


  • Regarding e-mail follow-up, all communication must comply with national CAN-SPAM regulations and include an opt-out link as a courtesy to all event registrants. For more information regarding CAN-SPAM regulations, go to:  http://www.spamlaws.com/state/fl.shtml.

  • Pre-conference participant and vendor list e-mail marketing is limited to one (1) message per event registrant up to the event date of October 27, 2020.

  • Post-conference participant and vendor list e-mail marketing is limited to three (3) messages per event registrant for TITLE, PLATINUM and GOLD sponsors and two (2) messages per event registrant for SILVER sponsors after the event date of October 28, 2020.

  • Electronic pre/post conference participant and vendor list sharing is strictly prohibited.

  • Use of the SHRM Jacksonville logo included in any/all communication (electronic or otherwise) is strictly prohibited.
